Mindfulness Nordic Walking session

Location: Haytor, Dartmoor

Breathe Outdoors have teamed up with Nordic Walking Devon to provide a mindful nordic walk in the beautiful location of Dartmoor, South Devon. Within the 2 hours we will walk in and around the Haytor area spending some time focusing on the technique of nordic walking and then simple mindfulness based practises. These will include breath awareness exercises and our mind body connection. Combining the two disciplines for part of the walk. This walk aims to be informative, relaxing and enjoyable.
