One-to-one Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation Course
Designed with you in mind Breathe Outdoors’ one-to-one sessions are created with prior consultations to create a bespoke experience suitable to your needs. Whether you would like a one off session or a six-week personalised programme we can meet your needs. All Breathe Outdoors’ courses and sessions are completed outdoors, in natural spaces.
Sessions are an hour long though timing is flexible and could extend to one and a half hours if appropriate. Typically a session would involve gentle walking, deep relaxations, guided meditations and visualisations allowing you to feel relaxed and ready for the rest of your day.
Cost: £30 to £60, dependent on the type and location of the session
Breathe Outdoors uses the SMARTfoundations approach to wellbeing, which includes stress reduction techniques and methods of enhancing calm in your day-to-day life.
